Welcome to the CMS Quality Payment Program (QPP) Experience Data Report.

This report reflects 2024 performance year data for payment in 2026 and is designed to help you identify which quality measures best represent your clinical practice and may positively impact your Medicare reimbursement under the Quality Payment Program.

How to Access Your Data

  1. Enter your National Provider Identifier (NPI)
    • Use your individual NPI number associated with Medicare billing.
  2. Select your State
    • Choose the state in which you primarily practice.
  3. Select your year
    • Choose the year that you would like to view your data on, 2024 is selected by default.

Important Reporting Notes

  • If you have changed practices or are currently reporting under a different group or Tax Identification Number (TIN), please be aware of the following:
    • The database automatically assigns you to the practice/group with the highest number of Medicare patients associated with your NPI.
    • As a result, the data shown may reflect performance from a prior or different practice if that practice had higher Medicare volume during the performance year.
